Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski and other social partners received the Bona Lex award

For the 22nd time "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” presented the Golden Paragraph awards to exceptional lawyers and the Bona Lex award for the best legal act. President Malinowski is among the laureates of the latter. Vicepresident Janusz Pietkiewicz collected the award on his behalf.


This year, Bona Lex was awarded to the Social Dialog Council Act, a common achievement of employers and trade unions which was favourably received by the government. Thanks to it, in the fall of 2015, after over two years of standstill, social dialog between employers and entrepreneurs was reinitiated.


The award was presented to all parties involved in the works on the act: Jacek Męcina, then Viceminister of Finance, member of the Council; Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland, Henryka Bochniarz, President of Lewiatan; Marek Goliszewski, Chairman of Business Centre Club; Jerzy Bartnik Chairman of the Polish Crafts Association; Piotr Duda, Chairman of NSZZ „Solidarność”; Jan Guz, Chairman of OPZZ, and Dorota Gardias, Chairwoman of Forum Związków Zawodowych.


President Malinowski is the Deputy Chairman of the Social Dialog Council and the Chairman of the working team for economic policy and labour market. Representatives of Employers of Poland participate in 9 working teams.
