Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Expert seminar: “Can the Public Private Partnership be widely used in Poland?”


Employers of Poland would like to invite you to an expert seminar entitled:


“Can the Public Private Partnership be widely used in Poland?”


Mr Witold Słowik, Viceminister of Development, will attend.


The event will be held on May 10th 2016 at 12 am – 2 pm


at  the offices of Employers of Poland on Brukselska street 7 in Warsaw.



Representatives of the government and local governments, entrepreneurs and experts will attempt to find answers to the following questions:

  • How to remove reservations and increase the interest in implementing PPP in Poland?
  • What are the domestic and international experiences with PPP and how to use them?
  • What should be the role of PPP in the implementation of the growth policy and domestic investment plan


Introductory lectures will be held by:

  •     Witold Słowik, undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Development

PPP as an instrument for implementing the growth policy

  •     Łukasz Dziekoński, Chairman of Marguerite Fund, PKO BP

Best practices in PPP – elaborating standards (based on the experiences of ITPOK Poznań)

  •     Paweł Wojciechowski PhD, European coordinator of the Rhein-Alp transport corridor, former Minister of Finance, Chief Economist of ZUS   

     Infrastrutural investments in the European Network of transport corridor – the case of the A11 project and the use of Project Bond Initiative in Belgium
