Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Employers of Poland at the session of the National Council for Development

Vicepresident Janusz Pietkiewicz represented Employers of Poland at Thursday's meeting of the National Council  for Development, devoted to social policy.
It was the sixth session of the Council, held under the title „Social policy after a quarter of a century of changes: solidarity, social investments, common responsibility”.
–  A labour market where the law secures the interests of employees, but at the same time gives entrepreneurs a chance to grow is important a.o. for pro-family pollicy –  said President of Poland Andrzej Duda in his speech. According to him, the state can have an impact both on the public and private sector of said market.
– Social market economy is asystem where goods are divided justly in a sense that no one is left completely to their own devices and that the state, smartly using and building its economic potential, is capable of dealing with social issues – said President Duda.
