Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

On the 24th of March 2010 the European Commission launched the first stage of consultations of the assumptions to alteration of the 2003/88/WE Directive concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time. This means revival of the rejected last year (after almost five years of consultation) amendment to the directive which permitted working up to 65 hour per week.
