Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



In The Hague on decent work


On  Monday May 30th a conference focusing on decent work was held at the offices of the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER) in the Hague. Employers of Poland were represented by Vicepresident Janusz Pietkiewicz.


Participants also took up the topic of connecting the global value chain and the global supply chain. These issues will be a subject of further discussion at the 105 session of the International Labour Organization, which will open on May 31st in Geneva.
