Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The draft of the act on 100 changes for companies is ready


A unified interpretation of regulations and putting an end to the lawlessness of officials – these are the most important aspects of the act set to improve the legal environment of entrepreneurship, which will put the guidelines of the recently announced “100 changes for companies” package into action.


This will not change the mentality and attitude of controllers, but will improve improve entrepreneurs’ knowledge, making them better prepared for controls.
