Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Awareness of medical prevention is insufficient and access to healthcare restricted – Employers of Poland and Lux Med in Krynica


– Occupational healthcare regulations in their current shape have been in force for 20 years and revising them appears necessary – assessed Vicepresident of Employers of Poland Anna Rulkiewicz at the panel “The role of employers in the public healthcare system” at the Economic Forum in Krynica. Participants attempted to establish how employers may support employees in the face of demographic changes and problems with access to healthcare. Employers of Poland and Lux Med co-organized the event.


Participants included representatives of the Ministry of Health, The Institute of Occupational Healthcare and the “Porozumienie Zielonogórskie” Federation.
