Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Monika Gładoch PhD appointed to the Labour Law Codification Committee


On September 15th, Monika Gładoch PhD, adviser to the President of Employers of Poland, was appointed to the Labour Law Codification Committee by Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy Elżbieta Rafalska.


The aim of the Committee is to elaborate two labour codes: individual and collective.


The Committee includes academics and practitioners in the field of individual and collective labour law: 7 experts nominated by social partners represented in the Social Dialog Council and 7 academics appointed by the government. Two working teams, dedicated, respectively, to individual and collective labour code will be established within the Committee. The Committee will work for 18 months.
