Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



XX anniversary of the Polish Copper Employers’ Association




September 23rd saw a XX anniversary gala of the Polish Copper Employers’ Association. Distinguished guests included current and former chairmen and board members, as well as Cezary Przybylski – Marshall of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and Rafał Baniak – Executive Vicepresident of Employers of Poland.


On this special occasion, the Association has received numerous congratulations, including a congratulatory letter from President of Poland Andrzej Duda, expressing appreciation for its contributions to lawmaking and social dialog. The Polish Copper Employers’ Association also received the Vector award from Employers of Poland and a honorary Griphon from the Chapter of the Lower Silesian Griphon.
