On September 26th, President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski hosted the ambassadors of Ukraine and Slovakia, as well as representatives of the embassies of Hungary and Romania – four countries which, together with Poland, make up the Carpathian Euroregion.
The meeting inaugurated works on the Carpathian Euroregion Economic Congress, to be held in the first half of 2017 in Rzeszów. The event will be intended for entrepreneurs active within the Euroregion, local business organizations, decision makers and leaders for socioeconomic changes in the region. Particular attention will be paid to the issue of support for and cooperation with SMEs.
The meeting was attended by: Ambassador of Ukraine Andrij Deszczycia, Ambassador of Slovakia Dušan Krištofík, I Secretary of the Romanian Embassy Botond Kovessi and, due to the absence of Ambassador of Hungary Iván Gyurcsik, Deputy Mission Chief Tamás Viczián. President Andrzej Malinowski was accompanied by Executive Vicepresident Rafał Baniak and Deputy Chairman of CWK CWK Operator Adam Rogowski, who presented the offer of the Rzeszów-Jesionka Conference Centre.
