Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



European pillar of social rights – a debate of the European Economic and Social Committee


In March 2016, the European Commission presented the first tentative outline of the European pillar of social rights and started extensive consultations on this issue. The European Economic and Social Committee is currently preparing an opinion on this initiative. Therefore, the EESC is initiating debate on the European pillar of social rights with organized civil society in all 28 EU member states.


We would like to kindly invite you to participate in a debate on this issue organized by the EESC on October 17th  2016, 10 am – 1:30 pm, at the offices of Employers of Poland on Berneńska street 8 in Warsaw.


The number of places is limited, so please be advised to register as soon as possible. The registration form is available here – the deadline is October 13th.
