Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Hospitals of Lublin found guilty of collusion

Lublin’s Branch of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection found hospitals that are members of the Convention of Provincial, Clinical and Departmental Hospitals of the city of Lublin guilty of unfair restrictive practices towards competition, that is of so-called collusion. Already in February 2011, the Employers of Poland sounded a warning about the infringement of law by the above-mentioned medicinal subjects.

- We are glad with the "Lublin’s success" which gives hope of that that similar unfair practices will not be repeated - says Andrzej Sokolowski, the President of the National Association of Private Hospitals.

According to Robert Moldach, the Employers of Poland’s expert for health care, the decision of the President of the OCCP (the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) provides evidence that the violation of constitutional principles will be proved and stigmatized.
