Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Data on industrial production in the coming months should be better

According to Piotr Wolejko, an expert of the Employers of Poland, the decline in industrial production shouldn’t surprise anyone. - There have already been some reports coming from the economy for several months that the situation is worsening. In addition, in December, there were only 19 working days – as many as 2 days fewer than last year - says Piotr Wolejko.

- Companies have a smaller portfolio of orders, so they cut production and sometimes employment - the expert of the Employers of Poland comments on the current situation in the economy. - It is safe to expect better data on industrial production in the next few months, but its growth rate is likely to remain negative - adds Wolejko.
