The construction of 100 K single-family houses within five years is the goal of the Programme ’’SAMOspłacający się dom” (“SELF-liquidating house”). Its launch is closely related to the adoption of the provisions of the so called big ‘energy tri-pack’ by the Parliament, enabling among others the market development of the micro and small renewable energy sources. The Coalition Eko-Polska (Eco-Poland), established under the auspices of the Employers of Poland, will strive for rapid adoption and implementation of these legal solutions.
The Programme”SAMOspłacający się dom” (SELF-liquidating house), prepared by the experts of BOŚ Bank (Bank for Environmental Protection), is a comprehensive solution including construction, financing and furnishing of thousands of houses. The Programme is participated by Murator, Amica, Barlinek, Black Red White, Opoczno, and Cersanit.
The innovative programme combines the satisfaction of the need to have one’s own accommodation with fulfilling the commitments of Poland in the field of environmental recommendations resulting from the adoption of European regulations within the scope of the so-called climate package. – The key solution is to use photovoltaic system to generate electricity. A micro solar power of 40kW located on the property which belongs to the house will not only provide free electricity to the family inhabiting the house, but will also increase their revenue by selling any surplus energy to the national grid – said Mariusz Klimczak, the President of BOŚ Bank.
