Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The Sejm passed a bill on flexible working time

The Members of Parliament approved a flexible working time bill. The Employers of Poland had been waiting for these changes for a long time, and that is why they welcomed the resolution with great satisfaction. The new regulations implement the demands made by us.

The draft resolution regulates the issue of 12-month accounting periods, flexible working time, a procedure for introducing the interrupted working time and working off the leaves of absence. The document provides a provision for the circumstances in which an employer will not be required to make schedules of working time.

The Employers of Poland hope that the new solutions will quickly come into force.
