Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Employers of Poland signed a cooperation agreement with the Montenegrin Employers’ Federation


On July 1st 2013 President of the Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski hosted a delegation of Montenegrin  employers, led by Mr Predrag Mitrović, President of the Montenegrin Employers’ Federation.


During the meeting, an agreement between the Employers of Poland and the Montenegrin Employers’ Federation was signed. The document involves many areas of activity such as a.o.: supporting cooperation in industry, trade and services, increasing investments, as well a facilitating business contacts and mutual support in activities on the Polish and Montenegrin markets.


The Montenegrin Employers’ Federation associates 800 small, medium and large companies and 31 industry and regional employers’ organizations, MEF members generate 85% of Montenegro’s GDP. The Federation is the sole representative and government-recognized employers’ organization in the country. It is also a member of the International Organisation of Employers and the International Labour Organization.
