Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Chinese officials visit at the Employers of Poland


On 14th September 2010, President of Employers of Poland Mr. Andrzej Malinowski and three Vice-Presidents – Mr. Tadeusz Dorda, Mr. Jaime Fuster and Mr. Paweł Szynkaruk together with a delegation of entrepreneurs representing the banking sector, high-tech, clothing and food industry took part in a informatory meeting with the delegation of Hangzhou City in China. Visitors from China were interested in conditions for investment in Poland and financial establishments supporting import.


City officials of Hanzou encouraged Polish counterparts to do business with companies from Zhejiang Province in China and pointed to a friendly administration that helps businesses get through the registration procedure for companies in China and gain the required business concessions. They expressed their readiness to support Chinese entities seeking to invest in Poland and the willingness to host in October 2011, the Poland-China Economy Summit scheduled to take place during the Polish Presidency of the EU Council.
