Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The era of bilateral dialogue

On Friday, there was a plenary session of the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs, unfortunately without the participation of the trade unions’ side.

The Employers of Poland - recognizing dialogue as the basis for their actions - were ready to talk and waited for the partners. Once again, however, only bilateral dialogue was possible - because the unions have decided not to attempt to agree on the amount of the minimum wage for the next year. So, for the formal reasons, the meeting ended without having a discussion on the key topic for many workers. - Conflict resolution is possible only through dialogue. Running away from it and putting demands will certainly not allow a compromise to be reached- said Andrzej Malinowski, the President of the Employers of Poland.
