Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The recovery of the economy in Poland is becoming increasingly strong

In the opinion of an expert of the Employers of Poland, Łukasz Kozłowski, the industrial production growth, recorded in July, by as much as 6.3 percent year on year, compared with 3 percent a month earlier, bespeaks the ever-increasing recovery in the Polish food-processing sector.

 - Domestic demand is slowly starting to strengthen and entrepreneurs are no longer under such strong pressure to limit the selling prices of their products - says Kozłowski.

The Employers of Poland, however, point out that the scale and sustainability of the recovery depends on what actions will be taken by the government. If a number of legal and administrative barriers limiting the development of entrepreneurship are not abolished, then we will be in danger of plunging into a long-term economic slowdown.
