In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The long-awaited changes to the Labour Code come into force


From Friday, 23 August, entrepreneurs can use flexible working hours. -  Everyone will benefit from this long-awaited change – says an expert of the Employers of Poland, Wioletta Żukowska.


The expert of the Employers of Poland stresses that the main purpose of the changes was to enable the creation of new jobs and keeping the existing ones. The amendment to the Act permanently provides for two solutions that worked during the period of the so-called anti-crisis law. This is a possibility for all employers to use the 12-month billing periods and flexible working hours.
