Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The October number of the “Success” magazine has already been published!

In September, the Employers of Poland began cooperation with GREMI MEDIA – the publisher of the “SUCCESS” magazine. The October issue of “SUCCESS”, which is already available at news-stands, is the second part of our joint action.

The October number deals among others with the interview with Bogusława Matuszewska – the Vice President of PGE for Strategy and Development. In the article, provoking (erroneously) a lot of excitement, on amendments to the Labour Code, Monika Gładoch - without emotion - explains why the change in working time regulations and the introduction of flexible working time was necessary. She also explains what, due to this change, employers and employees have benefited by it.

Dr. Andrzej Malinowski, the President of the Employers of Poland, in his column entitled: Fine feathers make fine birds ... takes up the topic of the situation when the media create reality rather than describe it. As shown by the case of the publication “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung ", such actions may be detrimental to the image of the Polish state.
