Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

We are dealing with a dangerous precedent

According to the Employers of Poland, the draft amendments to the law on healthcare services financed from public funds, and to the law on freedom of economic activity contains harmful solutions for the healthcare sector and is processed against the law as it stands.

- The amendments provide for, among others, the exemption of the National Health Fund (NHF) from the obligation of compliance with the prohibition on carrying out two inspections at the same time, and from obeying to the maximum number of inspection days in the calendar year - warns Andrzej Mądrala, the Vice President of the Employers of Poland.

According to the Employers of Poland, the bill was significantly changed and yet it has not been submitted for public consultation. – This way of proceeding on law is inconsistent with the law on employers' organizations and it limits our rights in social dialogue – says Mądrala.
