In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Andrzej Malinowski has been appointed the President of the International Coordinating Council of Employers’ Unions

The International Coordinating Council of Employers' Unions has appointed the President for the term in 2014-2015. It was Andrzej Malinowski, the President of the Employers of Poland, who won the greatest support.

 

The International Coordinating Council of Employers' Unions was established in 2010 by the representatives of employers and entrepreneurs from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Baltic states.

 

The purpose of the Council is to strengthen the relationship between the member organizations, in particular through the exchange of best practice in the regulation of labour relations and other issues related to the economic and legal environment of business.
