Dialogue and co-responsibility - that is what we most need

The representatives of the Employers of Poland in the Provincial Commissions for Social Dialogue (WKDS) discussed the crisis of social dialogue.

The President of the Employers of Poland, Andrzej Malinowski, drew his attention to the risks associated with an acute crisis of social dialogue - which fundamentally affect the economic and social processes in Poland. - Exerting pressure by trade unions on the government to abandon changes that are necessary for the growth and competitiveness of the Polish economy is simple stupidity, verging on the deliberate harming the employee interests - said the President of the Employers of Poland. In his view, the increase in unemployment will be a natural consequence of raising the minimum wage, reducing the use of temporary contracts and withdrawing the amendment liberalizing the working time.
