In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Since things go well, then why is the situation so bad? The Employers of Poland about the latest ranking of Doing Business


The promotion of Poland to the 45th position in the latest edition of the ranking of Doing Business, prepared by the World Bank, is a major accomplishment. However, there are still some areas that need immediate change.


- Setting up a company is still complicated and expensive, the tax system is unfriendly and sometimes even repressive to business – says Łukasz Kozłowski, an expert of the Employers of Poland.
