Worrying developments in the euro area may threaten the Polish economy

In the opinion of an expert of the Employers of Poland, Łukasz Kozłowski, the latest macroeconomic data coming from different countries of the European Union perpetuate an unclear picture of the economies of the Community.

- We are dealing with a kind of “two-speed Europe". While the Germans, and especially Great Britain, have seen very good results, the peripheries sink clearly into recession again - says Łukasz Kozłowski. In his view, the strengthening of this trend is very worrying. - There are countries which, after only a few months of improvement, again begin to experience serious difficulties - emphasizes the expert of the Employers of Poland.
