Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Removal of unnecessary barriers to conducting business activity can reduce corruption


Although Poland is classified, highest in the history, 38 in the Corruption Perception Index, prepared by the Transparency International, the corruption remains a significant barrier to socio-economic development of our country.


In the opinion of an expert of the Employers of Poland, Piotr Wołejko, the remedy for further improvement may be the removal of unnecessary artificial barriers to conducting business activity, as well as limiting the discretion of the officials. - However, this requires high standards of behaviour when creating the law, and with that we have had a serious problem in Poland - highlights Wołejko.
