Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Employers of Poland and „Rzeczpospolita” will present the Economic Raspberry 2013 awards

We would like to cordially invite you to the presentation of the results of the Economic Raspberries 2013. The statuettes will be presented on Friday January 10th at the „Rzeczpospolita” headquarters on Prosta 51 in Warsaw, at 11 am.

The following institutions and personalities are the finalists of the fourth installment of the „Economic Raspberries” - a poll organized by Employers of Poland and „Rzeczpospolita”:

  • The Ministry of Finance,
  • The Ministry of Internal Affairs,
  • „Solidarity”, The Trade Union Forum, OPZZ.

Politicians and Officials:

  • Jacek Rostowski,
  • Piotr Grzegorz Woźniak,
  • Jacek Sadowy.

Entrepreneurs and Companies:

  • LPP,
  • Grupa Ożarów, Cemex Polska, Dyckerhoff Polska, Warta and Odra cement mills,
  • Erbud.

The Economic Raspberries are the antithesis of the Vector Awards, presented by Employers of Poland since 2002 for positive contributions to the development of Polish economy. The name alludes to the Raspberry Awards awarded in America – the anti-Oscars. The aim of the Economic Raspberries is to stigmatize those who have had the most negative impact on the situation of Polish entrepreneurs: not only institutions and officials, but managers, investors and those who taint the image of employers and violate good business practices as well.
