In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



European principles of the public procurement law - friendly for entrepreneurs


The European Parliament adopted a reform of the public procurement law that implies a departure from the lowest price criterion in the adjudication of tenders.


- This is very good news, assuming that the EU directive is immediately introduced into the national law – says Jacek Cieplak, an expert of the Employers of Poland. These changes coincide with the demands of the Employers of Poland. The most important thing now is the fastest implementation of the EU legislation into our legal system.
