Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A. (National Sugar Company PLC) joined Employers of Poland.
The company was founded in August 2002 as a result of the consolidation of three state-owned sugar companies. It was created on the basis of Mazowiecko-Kujawska Spółka Cukrowa S.A. in Toruń (The Mazowieckie-Kujawskie Provinces Sugar Company PLC).
It is the largest in Poland, and the seventh largest sugar producer in Europe. Its share in the domestic market amounts to almost 40 %, and in terms of the amount of sales and capital, it is located in the top hundred biggest companies on the Vistula River.
