The Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, gave the Minister of Health, Bartosz Arłukowicz, only three months to prepare changes in health care.
- In such a short time, one can only set out temporary and fragmentary change in the working of the system, as can be already seen in the announcements of the representatives of the government department. Meanwhile, patients need comprehensive changes of the sector - says Andrzej Mądrala, the Vice President of the Employers of Poland. In his opinion, we should take advantage from the best international solutions and appoint a team of experts at the Prime Minister that will develop reform proposals. Such an approach would enable the department to achieve a consensus and to carry out the changes much easier.
