The development of energy from renewable sources has to be facilitated by legal regulations

24-01-2014

“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” reports that according to the Photovoltaic Industry Employers’ Association (ZPBF), the recently presented draft of the Renewable Energy Sources Act creates numerous obstacles for market development.

The Association considers the draft prepared by the Ministry of Economy as harmful for producers of energy from renewable sources. The suggested six month settlement period for electricity sent to the network will have a  negative impact mainly on solar battery users. What is more, the draft involves a lower selling price of energy generated by photovoltaic installations, which will harm energy prosumers.

The Photovoltaic Industry Employers’ Association is member of Employers of Poland.
