Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Employers of Poland hosted an international seminar on lifelong learning in SME’s


On 22-24 January, 2014, the Employers of Poland organized a meeting of the partners as part of the project "Lifelong learning in SME’s”, implemented from the financial resources of the program "Learning for Life".


The aim of the project is to exchange experiences and identify good practices in the field of lifelong learning in SME’s. The subject of the meeting in Warsaw was the integration of older employees, the certification of skills acquired outside the formal education system, and the assessment of training needs in SMEs.


The Polish team was led by Prof. Andrzej Rabczenko, the author of the concept of strengthening cooperation between science and business called “Science for business, business for science”.
