Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. Minister of Finance encourages employers to use e-tax return

“2014 is the sixth year when tax returns can be lodged  in an electronic form. It is convenient and above all cheap not only for taxpayers but also tax remitters especially those employing a big number of people.” – the Minister of Finance Mateusz Szczurek wrote in a letter to the President of Employers of Poland.

Sending tax returns and tax information via the Internet is the easiest and quickest way to submit documents to tax offices. This makes it an especially attractive solution for entrepreneurs lodging tax returns for their employees.

Therefore, the Minister of Finance Mateusz Szczurek encourages personal income tax remitters to make use of this modern solution and tries to convince them it will contribute to substantial time and money savings. He also points out to the possibility of using an electronic signature verified by a qualified certificate, which further facilitates submitting documents online.

Electronic communication with the Tax Office is possible through the web page: www.e-deklaracje.gov.pl.
