Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The Employers of Poland express strong opposition to the initiative of the Board of Directors of Oncology Centres

-The  Initiative of the Board of Directors of Oncology Centres, rather than helping, will lead to a reduction in the planned changes, increasing the availability of cancer treatment – warns Andrzej Mądrala, the Vice President of the Employers of Poland.

The choice of 16 entities, which would implement the unlimited services in the field of oncology, was made by the Board in an authoritarian and completely opaque manner; for there is no university hospital or private one in this group.

The Employers of Poland also express serious reservations of a legal nature. – Such a formula of operation has the associations with the earlier functioning of the Convention of Provincial, Clinical and Departmental Hospitals of the City of Lublin, which were held to be illegal by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in December 2012 - reminded Andrzej Mądrala.

With all the above-mentioned issues in mind, the Employers of Poland applied to the Minister of Health, Bartosz Arłukowicz, for in-depth analysis of the activity of the Board, and for drawing conclusions that will lead to the opening of that body to the other stakeholders of the system - university hospitals and private entities.
