Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The Polish economy is gaining momentum

In the opinion of Łukasz Kozłowski, an expert of the Employers of Poland, an increase in the PMI to 55.4 points in January - compared to the expected 54.0 points – denotes a dynamic pace of the economic recovery in Poland.

- We saw such a high level of the PMI only in 2004, 2006 and 2010. Only the UK, Germany and Switzerland, from among European countries, did report a better result last month. There are increasingly serious reasons to believe that in the second half of the year we will see the GDP growth in excess of even 4 per cent year on year – comments on that the expert of the Organization. In his opinion, there are growing indications that the years 2014-2015 can be just equally good, or even better than the period of 2010-2011.
