- Bad news for entrepreneurs. There won’t be the shortening of the VAT refund period - says Mariusz Korzeb, an expert of the Employers of Poland.
On Friday, February 7, the MPs rejected a draft bill on the amendment to the Law on tax on goods and services. The aim of the project was, inter alia, to shorten from 60 to 30 days the period in which the tax office is obliged to make a refund of the difference between the input VAT and the output VAT.
The rejection of this project is bad news for entrepreneurs, taking into account the need to ensure financial liquidity and the cost of money with time.
