On 22nd April 2011 a working lunch was given by the President of Employers of Poland Mr. Andrzej Malinowski in which participated the representatives of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Poland and the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. The meeting was aimed at discussing the perspectives of the Polish-Chinese economic cooperation.
The lunch was preceded by a Polish-Chinese seminar organized at the headquarters of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) "Business Opportunities in Poland ", during which the Polish investment opportunities were presented. During his speech, the President of Employers of Poland, drew the attention to the necessary increase in bilateral trade exchange, especially of the Polish export to China, as well as the increase of mutual investments. - Poland, suffering from the underdevelopment of infrastructure, will be more than happy to benefit from the plenteous Chinese experience, of which spectacular examples are the high speed Beijing-Shanghai railway, highways linking Beijing with Hong Kong and Macao or the great investments connected with the Olympic Games in 2008 - said President Andrzej Malinowski.
