On Thursday, May 12th the Bilateral Cooperation Agreement had been signed between Employers of Poland and Jordanian-European Business Association (JEBA). The agreement will facilitate cooperation in the economic interests of both organizations.
The ratification of the document was preceded by a Polish-Jordanian seminar with representatives of enterprises of both countries and the Polish Ministry of Economy. During the opening speech of Vice President of Employers of Poland, Mrs. Ada Kostrz Kostecka indicated that the seminar and the signing of the cooperation agreement will enable a closer interaction of entrepreneurs of both countries, which in turn should render to establish business contacts which will be beneficial for both partners. - I also hope that we will develop specific ideas and demands, which will take into account the governments of our countries - added Ada Kostrz-Kostecka.
In our opinion, despite the significant increase of contacts in recent years, the current economic and trade cooperation is still not reflected in the opportunities that our countries we can offer - said during the seminar, Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy Rafał Baniak.
Jordanian-European Business Association was founded in 1995 by the Jordanian private sector entrepreneurs. The organization brings together a wide range of companies – also from Europe. Its aim is, among others, the activities promoting the economic cooperation with European countries. The activity focuses on the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.
