Employers of Poland have received a delegation of the Chinese Trade Promotion Council from Zhejiang Provence, led by Deputy Chairman Xu Shan.
Both parties stressed the need for closer economic cooperation. Participants analyzed the trade and investment potential of companies from the Zhejiang region, with a view to possible cooperation with Polish partners. It is worth remembering that 2014 is a year of Polish-Chinese cooperation, due to both the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between our countries, the 25th anniversary of political and economic changes in Poland as well as the 25th jubilee of Employers of Poland.
The meeting precedes the arrival of a delegation of the Zhejiang region In Poland for the Zhejiang –Poland Economic Forum, which will take place on May 27th at the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw. The Forum and the accompanying matchmaking session are organized together with the Ministry of Economy and Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. Over 70 entrepreneurs will participate, representing a.o. the machine, textile, automotive, agricultural, food, energy and electronics industries.
