Minister of Labor and Social Policy Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Marshall of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Władysław Ortyl as well as candidates to the European Parliament and entrepreneurs participated in Employers’ of Poland conference in Rzeszów, organized as part of the Region – Economy – European Union series. They stressed that the region needed infrastructural investments and funds for reindustrialization.
The debate was also attended by Janusz Fudała, Chairman of the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency; Grzegorz Rakoczy, entrepreneur and Krystyna Skowrońska (PO).
Participants pointed out that the region’s development should be more balanced, as Rzeszów is developing at a much faster rate than the rest of Subcarpathia.
Guest tasted traditional region al food from Subcarpathia, which was presented by members of the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Products during the Regional Flavors festival.
The Mielec Special Economic Zone was a patron of the event.
