Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

A meeting of business representatives with the Minister of Environment at the Employers of Poland

On Friday, February 10, the seat of the Employers of Poland held its first meeting of a series of debates entitled “New opening. The government side - employers". The Minister of the Environment, Martin Korolec, was the guest of Polish entrepreneurs.

The meeting with entrepreneurs concerned above all the position of the Polish government's climatic policy and the implementation of the CO2 emission limits. An important point of the debate was also the fuel mix for the sector of Polish energy. According to Minister Korolec, the reduction of the CO2 emission limits to zero in Europe will firmly increase burdens for Polish economy, which is unacceptable for Polish government.

Entrepreneurs, by contrast, emphasized the fact that the EU policy on climatic package will lead to the escape from Europe of both the energy buyers and then the energy companies themselves.
