Establishment of the Coalition of Lower Silesian Employers’ Organizations

On June 30th, regional employers’ organizations participating in the Lower Silesian Social Dialog Committee established the Coalition of Lower Silesian Employers’ Organizations. The founders are: Polish Copper Employers’ Association (Employers of Poland), Lower Silesian Employers Association ( Employers of Poland), Lower Silesian Craft Chamber (Polish Craft Association), Lower Silesian BCC Lodge and the Sudety Employers’ Association (Lewiatan). The coalition is open and the Polish Copper Employers’ Association will chair the institution in its first term.

The agreement involves cooperation in support for local entrepreneurship, employment and promotion of social dialog.

– Representative employers’ associations sent a very clear message on a regional level not only to the local community, but the whole country as well. Together employers can do more. We can reach an agreement and cooperate on key socioeconomic issues in Lower Silesia – says Michał Kuszyk, Deputy Chairman of the Polish Copper Employers Association.

The agreement in full is available below (in Polish).
