Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Employers of Poland initiated cooperation with Krajowa Izba Doradców Podatkowych (National Chamber of Tax Advisers)


On July 8th in Warsaw, a letter of intent  on cooperation was signed by Employers of Poland and the National Chamber of Tax Advisers. Cooperation will focus on improving the conditions for entrepreneurship in Poland and promoting tax advisers as a profession of public trust.


The letter was signed by Chairwoman of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers prof. dr. hab. Jadwiga Głumińska – Pawlic and President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski PhD. The National Chamber of Tax Advisers was also represented by Deputy Chairmen – Dariusz Malinowski and Andrzej Marczak. Apart from the President, the meeting was attended by Vicepresident Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa and Chairman of the Tax Committee of Employers of Poland Robert Oliwa.


Common activities will include:


  1. strengthening the consultation process for legal acts concerned with tax law,
  2. promoting the image of tax advisers as a profession of public trust and improving the awareness of the benefits of cooperating with tax advisers among entrepreneurs,
  3. efforts to prevent further deregulation of professions of public trust, including the profession of tax adviser,
  4. mutually beneficial undertakings with regards to tax law,
  5. appointing representatives of the tax advisers professional association as members of the Tax Committee of Employers Poland.
