Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



New members of Employers of Poland


Two new members have joined Employers of Poland:


  • Alstom Power Sp. z o.o.


In Poland, Alstom employs ca. 3200 employees in the energy, transfer networks and transport industries.


Alstom has a significant impact on Polish trade balance, exporting ca. 90 percent of its energy production and 100 percent in transport. The company’s products are supplied to leading European rail infrastructure operators, such as SNCF in France, Deutsche Bahn in Germany and Trenitalia in Italy.

  • Municipal Bus Authority Sp. z o.o.


The company was established on March 1st 1994, as a result of a division of the Municipal Communication Authority. In 2003, it was transformed into a trade law company Municipal Bus Authority Sp. z o.o.




• providing public bus transport services in Warsaw,

• technical maintenance of municipal buses,

• acquisition and rep air of buses in order to carry out statutory activities,

• initiation and realization of investments in construction, development and renovation of objects used in municipal public transport, specified by the City of Warsaw.
