Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Entrepreneurs and the Minister of Justice on the improvement of the administration of justice


Entrepreneurs talked with the Minister, Jarosław Gowin, about plans and tasks of the Ministry of Justice for the next four years. The meeting was held on 16 February, at the seat of the Employers of Poland, in a series of debates entitled “New opening. The government side - employers".


The Minister of Justice announced a deregulation of professions and a shortening the time of adjudication. He also spoke about the work of the Ministry over the decriminalization of economic activity, and about actions to improve the position of Poland in the prestigious ranking of the World Bank - Doing Business.


The Employers of Poland underlined, among others, the need to reform the Code of Commercial Companies and the need for business-friendly justice. The Employers of Poland submitted to the Minister of Justice a document containing recommendations for speeding up the work of justice. These would include, among others, the new management system in the courts, the reorganization and computerization, as well as improving the delivery system, more effective both the enforcement and the audit of courts.
