Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development at the Employers of Poland


On March 1, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Marek Sawicki, met representatives of businesses in a series of debates entitled “New opening. The government side - employers". The meeting was hosted by the Employers of Poland.


Farmers’ income tax, the combination of inspectorates subject to the Minister of Agriculture along with the part of the tasks allocated from the health inspection into a single service responsible for the safety of the food, and the merger of Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with Agricultural Market Agency - these are the most important issues that, in the near future, will be dealt with by the Ministry of Agriculture. The Minister, Marek Sawicki, stressed the need for change of the Common Agricultural Policy which should go in the direction of innovation and competitiveness.
