Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



New members of Employers of Poland


Five new members have joined Employers of Poland:


  • Budimex SA


Budimex is one of the biggest construction companies in Poland. The company is currently a general contractor in construction of road, rail and airport infrastructure, as well as capacity, energy, industry and environment-friendly construction. It is increasing its engagement in the immobility service, infrastructure and waste management sectors.


The company is present on the Warsaw Stock Exchange Since 1995. Its strategic investor is the Spanish global company Ferrovial. Budimex  has over 4 thousand employees and generates a 5 bln PLN annual income. The Budimex Group includes Budimex Nieruchomości and Mostostal Kraków

  • “Zielona Góra Alliance” – Federation of Healthcare Employers’ Associations


The Alliance was established on August 2nd 2003 by healthcare benefit providers from five voivodeships: Lubuskie, Greater Poland, Lower Silesia, Opole and Silesia. The establishment of the organization was a reaction to the monopolist position held by the National Healthcare Fund and the healthcare policy of the government at that time.


The organization aims to:


  • shape the healthcare policy and legislation in accordance with the interests of its members,
  • support members in negotiating with the public and private disposers of funds dedicated to healthcare,
  • support the development of private healthcare,
  • create bonds between members and patients,
  • support the increase in quality of healthcare services in Poland.

  • HP Global Business Center Sp. z o.o.


The HP Global Business Center in Wrocław was opened in 2005. Initially, it provided mainly debt and obligation settlement and personal administration for HP departments all over Europe.


In the next few years, the Center added additional services to its offer (finance management, accounting, salary management, marketing support, strategic planning) and other advanced business processes, as well as an outsourcing offer for  outside companies.


Apart from HP itself, the Center provides services for external clients, including ten large corporate clients.

Pfizer Poland is a leading pharmaceutical company on the Polish market. It offers innovative medication in many areas, such as: cardiology, neurology, psychiatry, diabetology, rheumatology, optometrics, endocrinology, sexuology, urology, oncology and contagious diseases. Pfizer’s offer also includes veterinary medicine. The company is also active in clinical research.

PESA Bydgoszcz is a active in construction, modernization and maintenance of rolling stock. It collaborates with leading research and development centers. The company has a tradition of over 160 years.
