Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Minister of Sport Joanna Mucha met entrepreneurs


Euro 2012, sports activities for children and youth, as well as tourism – were the main issues addressed on March 19, during the meeting of the Minister of Sport and Tourism, Joanna Mucha, and the representatives of businesses in a series of debates entitled “New opening. The government side - employers".


The main objectives of the head of the department are as follows: the change of the operation of the ministry, the inspection of spending money on numerous projects, the promotion of sport and the activation of both the youth and the elderly people. The Ministry is also planning to introduce a very large program associated with the animation of the project of “Orliki” (“Eaglets”) sports grounds.

The Minister also underlined the need for wiping the uncharted territories out of the sports, infrastructure map of Poland. The entrepreneurs present at the meeting criticised, among others, the lack of co-operation in investments in the system of the public-private partnership, and awful Public Procurement Act which, instead of helping, is even eliminating the business, implementing the black economy.
