Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The employer will more easily employ highly qualified foreigners

A foreigner holding a residence permit for a fixed period of time will not have to apply for an additional work permit to take up work in a highly qualified profession – as it is clear from the draft amendment of the Aliens Act and the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The proposed amendments will facilitate the employment of foreigners and will increase their mobility – says Wioletta Żukowska, an expert of the Employers of Poland.

According to Wioletta Żukowska, it is a significant facilitation not only for foreigners but also for employing entities.  New legislation may also positively affect the labour market due to the increasing mobility of highly skilled employees – emphasizes the expert of the Employers of Poland.

Unfortunately, the proposed regulation will include few people because the vast majority of foreigners employed in Poland, with appropriate education and experience , are the citizens of the EU warned Wioletta Żukowska .
